•Affiliates •
I have gotten the issue sorted out finally. I have set up a new affiliate form that goes to my e-mail so that I will be able to receive it. I will be looking at all the affiliate request and decide who will be our last two Elite Affiliates. If you think your site is fit for the job, apply and we will decide. I will be accepting applications as of now. I will get some more stuff on the site. Since we are a little low on space, gallery additions and such will have to wait. When I get all the things set up and more space added, we will add things. Thanks for visiting and applying.
Before I forget to mention, if you apply and we don't accept you, you will get an e-mail back no matter what. If you have applied and don't see your site up there, or were there and aren't anymore. E-mail me. I will see if i can sort it all out.

•EMS Update; Wrap Up Party; Rumour Update; HBP Poster; Harry Potter News •
Emma's updated her Official Site with an EMS message. Check that out here. You can also view it in our E.M.S. Archive
Also, an exhibition at the National Media Museum includes a photograph of Emma Watson according to the Telegraph & Argus.
A photograph on display of Harry Potter star Emma Watson was used to create the doll of her character, Hermione. The process of taking pictures for publicity and merchandise is done throughout filming, says Michael (Harvey). This could mean re-shooting a whole scene -- some directors are more co-operative with this than others!
The exhibit features photos of over 100 movie celebrities, from film legends like Greta Garbo and Katherine Hepburn through todays stars like Keira Knightley, Russell Crowe, and Emma Watson. The exhibition runs through 28 September.

And, although I find the Mirror a not very credible source, its known that the Harry Potter Wrap Up parties have been extravagant in the past, so I wouldn't put this past them, though I do think this article isn't very correct. Either way, its Harry Potter news, and it mentions Emma.
The stars and crew of Harry Potter spent £20,000 on a 12-hour booze session to celebrate finishing the latest film.

Emma Watson, 18, who plays Hermione and Rupert Grint, 19, who plays Ron, were among 200 people at the wrap party for Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in London’s Harry’s Bar.

Missing from the bash three weeks ago was Daniel Radcliffe, 19, who plays Harry.

A source said: “They asked to hire it out for a private party. It was fantastic and they all behaved very well.”

The film is the sixth adaptation of JK Rowling’s novels.

The last one, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, made £450million worldwide.

Emma Watson Fans.net also posted up some pictures from the wrap-up party, none of them include Emma, but they're still an interesting look! (:

Warner Bros also confirmed that the mini movie supposedly to be shown in the Harry Potter Theme park when it opens sometime next year is false. A spokeswomen from WB said that "JK Rowling has not written scripts for any films based on the Harry Potter 'prequel' or otherwise, as part of the theme park or any other purpose."

And more Harry Potter news, the first 'official' Half Blood Prince poster has popped up in the Cinema Expo in Amsterdam, however until we get a nice good HQ version we won't add it to the gallery. But you can check it out here, however, its not something to look at. Quite disappointing actually.

And - yes another and, Daniel Craig and Hugh Grant were in a bidding frenzy over an uncorrected Harry Potter & the Philosophers Stone book, more info can be found here

Also, last one now. For anyone that lives in the US, this fourth July weekend, ABC are showing a Harry Potter marathon, thanks to The Leaky Cauldron for the tip!

•Chanel Rumour •
I had such a huge sigh of disappointment when I searched for Emma news today. It seems like the Chanel Coco Mademoiselle perfume rumours are false.
There was a huge buzz about it and it seemed that everyone online celebrity site had some kind of article stating that Emma was the new face of the perfume, but ELLE UK and Celebrity Cafe are now both reporting that the rumour is actually a fake.
Watson is not the new face of Coco Mademoiselle.

A rep for Chanel has told E! News that the Internet rumors stating that Emma Watson will be Chanel’s next spokesperson are false.

The stories seem to have started partly from Britain’s Daily Mirror. The 18-year-old actress was supposed to acquire a two-year, $6 million endorsement deal as a model for Coco Mademoiselle, thus replacing Keira Knightley.

In its version, MSNBC stated that “a source close to Watson” said the actress would get financial security from the Chanel deal. In addition, the Daily Mail said that Watson had been bragging to her friends since the deal would be announced next month.

The rep for Chanel, however, insisted that the rumors are untrue and she doesn’t know where and how they started.

I'm personally really disappointed, I was kind of hoping it was true. Well, I have hope, CBBC reported that the 'official' announcement will be announced next month. So I'm still hoping! (:

Edit:
And personally the whole thing for me just gets even more confusing.
Either way the LA Times had a very enlightening article on it. Well at least its some Emma news to keep us entertained.

•Ballet Shoes; Chanel Rumour & Theme Park Rumour •
Amazon has Ballet Shoes up for Pre-Order, its to be released September the 2nd for everyone in US that wants it on DVD (:

Also the Daily Mail and ThisIsLondon.co.uk are both reporting that Emma will be taking over from Keira Knightley as the new face of Coco Mademoiselle
Here's what both the articles said:
As Hermione Granger in the Harry Potter films, she is used to dealing with all sorts of revolting potions. But now Emma Watson is to be associated with a far more enchanting concoction - as the new face of the Chanel fragrance Coco Mademoiselle. The 18-year-old actress has signed a two-year contract worth £3million with the French fashion house to promote the brand.

Miss Watson, who became a household name in the films based on JK Rowling's books, has signed up with leading model agency Storm, which is thought to have secured her first major campaign.

It is understood that she will replace Keira Knightley, 23, whose contract with Coco Mademoiselle ends this summer. Sources said Chanel is creating a new role for Miss Knightley who, in her latest advert, poses provocatively with just a bowler hat covering her modesty.

A source said Miss Watson's appointment will be announced next month. 'Emma has been excitedly telling friends that she is going to be taking over from Keira. Emma has been slowly integrated into the Chanel brand. They have been dressing her for film premieres and parties over recent months to see if she is the right fit. 'Once it became clear she is growing into a beautiful young woman and wears the Chanel brand so elegantly, they had to sign her up. Chanel realises it is important to target a young audience.'

It is understood that Miss Watson's bosses at Warner Bros, which makes the Harry Potter films, have given their full backing to the deal. As the face of Coco Mademoiselle, Miss Watson, who earns £2million a movie, follows in the footsteps of Kate Moss, who was signed up in 2003 but dropped the following year in favour of Miss Knightley. A spokesman for Miss Watson last night declined to comment.

This is still very much a rumour, and we'll wait till we hear the official word from Jo (or maybe Emma herself in EMS) at Emma Watson Official because its pretty big and exciting news for Emma. I personally hope its true!

Also the Sunday Mirror is today reporting that Emma, Dan, and Rupert are filming “extra sequences and clips which will be part of the rides” at the Harry Potter theme park opening in Florida sometime in the next two years. The article reports that they will also be filming a brand-new Harry Potter story written by Rowling herself before beginning the Deathly Hallows films, and calls this a “mini-movie.”

•Emma Watson & OOTP Nominations •
Emma Watson has received a nomination for Best Actress for her performance in the fifth Harry Potter film at the annual SyFy Awards. “Order of the Phoenix” is also nominated for Best Film along side “I Am Legend,” “Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull,” “Iron Man” and “Stardust.” Daniel Radcliffe also recieved a nomination for his performance in Order of the Phoenix aswell.

Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling is among those in contention for the Gene Roddenberry Lifetime Achievement award, along with authors Douglas Adams, Arthur C. Clarke, Gene L. Coon and H.G. Wells.

These awards are open to the public, with voting due to open June 25 and running through July 25, winners to be announced in early August during SyFy Portal’s 10th anniversary celebration. We will update you once the link becomes live for voting in a few weeks. Congrats to all the nominees!

Emma has also been placed as #29 in tMF's Top 30 Hottest Young Actresses
Here's what they said about her:
Born in France but very definitely known as a young British actress, Emma Watson has become an attractive and versatile talent.

Watson was cast as Hermione at the age of nine, having acted only in school plays. From 2001 to 2007, she starred in five Harry Potter films alongside Daniel Radcliffe and Rupert Grint. She will return for the final three installments: Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, due to be released in 2008, and the two parts of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows. Watson's work in the Harry Potter series has earned her several awards and more than £10 million. Says the actress:

"I feel incredibly lucky to have been given the opportunity to be in such a fantastic film and worked with so many tons of people. I mean, my ambitions couldn't even dream of the scale and greatness that Harry Potter is, and so, I'm so very lucky about that. But as Dan said, I love performing, I love being creative. There's so many different aspects of the film world that even if I didn't pursue acting, then I... I mean, something, something in it I might end up doing. Whatever gets thrown at me, I'm just going to go with the flow and see what happens."

And last but definitely not least I'm going to remind you to Vote for Emma once again. I know it seems like Emma definitely won't win, but hopefully if she gets enough votes she'll get a good mention in the end. Portrait Magazine Voting closes at the end of July!
